The rotor made up of several grinding disks, on which numerous vertical knives are installed; the layers of grinding disk form staggered packings, which are the small crushing chambers, when it runs, the circumferential velocity can be 84 m/s and the stream velocity between rotor and liner 55 m/s, and the vibration frequency for crushing chambers 4000-15000 times/second. All these mentioned above will lead to produce 140bd ultrasonic wave, 0.025 partial pressure differences and sonic jet current and vortex, which are very helpful to size reduction of material under the action of impact and friction happened between particles in the inner. Practices show that both grinding efficiency and fineness of products for eddy mill are superior to conventional impact mill. The ends of rotor are separately assembled with an impeller of blower; the lower impeller is used for absorbing material and speeding up material via high speed air and the upper for transporting ground material. The rotor is mounted with layers of cutter saddle, on which the withdrawable knives are fixed, and the stator is mounted with zigzag liners, a return tube is mounted on the machine, the unqualified powder will be rejected into crushing chamber by classifying system via feeder.
